“ The Clio skin (well, mainly just the face) is from when I was messing with 3D skin blending. If you click on it, it gives you two options, Vampire, and Heat Vision (?). If you use a debug enabler, if you click on a sim there’s a ‘Visual Override’ option. I don’t think there is a way to change a vampires skin tone because it is meant to have pale skin to look like a vampire. First you’ll need to have a package folder in your mods folder.
Installing skins in the Sims 3 can be tricky.
